Charles Thibodeau, PH. D.
General Manager
Charles Thibodeau founded CT Consultant in the fall of 2016, with the mission to support decision makers in the area of life cycle assessment (LCA) and to democratize the concept among building industry professionals and manufacturers. Charles has more than 18 years of experience in LCA and environmental engineering, during which he completed a PhD and a postdoctoral fellowship, while also handling professional assignments. Since the creation of the business, Mr. Thibodeau has been involved in more than 50 projects of various types. Sidonie Carpier, engineering professional
PROJECT MANAGER AND LIFE CYCLE ANALYST
Sidonie Carpier is a graduate of the European School of Materials Engineering (EEIGM) in Nancy, France. In CT Consultant’s team since 2020, she is responsible for life cycle assessment (LCA) and environmental product declarations (EPD) projects. She also leads GHG inventory projects and carries out complementary analyses (recycled content declarations, product health declarations (HPD), GHG calculators, etc.) for institutions and private organisations. Life Cycle ASSESSMENT CONSULTANT
Rob Sianchuk is a recognized pioneer of LCA education and research practice, and for contributing to the development of the LCA field through several affiliated positions, including Research Associate with the Athena Sustainable Materials Institute, Authorized Instructor with the Canada Green Building Council (CaGBC), and Adjunct Professor and Instructor at the University of British Columbia (UBC), British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) and New York Institute of Technology (NYIT). Since 2008, he has collaborated with leading professionals and organizations in Canada and abroad to conduct product, whole-building, infrastructure, and organizational LCA studies, environmental product declarations (EPDs), and university, college, and professional LCA training courses.
